1. Data controller

Nexvuo AS (org. no. 937 808 194) is the data controller for the personal data processed via this website.

2. What data we collect

We process two types of data:

• Data you provide: When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, optionally your company name, and the content of your message. If you sign up for a launch notification (e.g. for EduCockpit), we collect your email address.
• Data collected automatically: When you visit the website, technical information such as your IP address, browser type and timestamp is logged. The IP address is used, among other things, to show the correct language version (Norwegian or English).

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process your personal data in order to:

• respond to and follow up on enquiries you send us
• send you the launch notification you requested
• operate, secure and improve the website

The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)) for enquiries and notifications, and our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)) in operating and securing the website.

4. Processors and sharing

We never sell your personal data and do not share it with unauthorised parties. To deliver the service we use certain sub-processors that process data on our behalf:

• Resend – sending email from the forms
• Microsoft Azure – hosting, operation and infrastructure (Norwegian region)

All infrastructure runs in Microsoft Azure in the Norwegian region, so your personal data is stored within Norway. Email from the forms is delivered via Resend, which processes the data within the EU (Ireland). All processing therefore takes place within the EU/EEA.

5. Retention

We store personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected for. Enquiries are deleted once they have been handled and are no longer needed. Launch-notification signups are deleted when you withdraw your consent, or when the relevant product has launched.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, as well as to restrict or object to the processing and request data portability. You can withdraw any consent you have given at any time.

To exercise your rights, contact us at contact@nexvuo.no. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (datatilsynet.no) if you believe we are processing your data unlawfully.

7. Cookies

The website uses one necessary cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) that remembers your language choice. We do not use cookies for tracking, analytics or marketing.

8. Changes

We may update this privacy policy when needed. The current version is always available on this page.
